Designer Jeans Don’t Have to Break Your Wallet

A good pair of jeans is a good investment.  Given my budget and rather frugal upbringing (my parents repeated Benjamin Franklin’s famous statement “a penny saved is a penny earned” like a mantra), I had always tried to find the cheapest pair of jeans that fit reasonably well and didn’t look awful.  That was until that fateful day when I tried on a pair of designer jeans—just for fun of course—and unfortunately for my wallet, that kind of comfort can never be sacrificed again.  Although if you think about it, paying more for a good quality pair of jeans that are designed to withstand the daily wear and tear is a much better investment than buying cheaper and poorer quality jeans more often.

Thankfully, there’s Coupon-Gurus.  I tried to remain optimistic about finding some good deals on jeans, and it paid off.  A Pea in the Pod is offering a $25 Discount on Select 7 for All Mankind Jeans and I can also get my favorite 7’s at Couture Candy for 25% off

With discounts like that, designer jeans become affordable and worth the extra cash.  I’m excited to replace my worn out jeans with some new, long lasting (and actually comfortable) ones.  And of course, the extra savings doesn’t hurt either.
